Cancellation & Return Policy

This Cancellation & Return Policy is regarding cancellations and/or returns of orders and products. You may cancel or return your order anytime 10 business days, beginning the day after you have received your purchase order.

We will not reimburse you for delivery costs you paid. Nonetheless, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case, within 10 days of the day you give notice either written or via email of cancellation.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing or via email. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact, and in their original packaging, plus at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
